Ana: My only concern is the budget if we add…
The problem

Transcription tools all follow the same generic path.

BOT
01
They join the call
02
They process the audio afterwards
03
They hand over a raw or standard transcript
Context
The goal doesn’t matter
They treat a sales demo, a technical daily and a client follow-up the same way.
Timing
Everything happens after you hang up
Decisions and commitments slip by at the moment they’re said.
Output
Manual work afterwards
You get a block of raw text back. You have to read and organize it yourself, as if you’d taken notes by hand.
The solution

Full control before, during and after every call.

Taking Notes turns meeting documentation into an active, transparent process built into how your team works.

01 · Smart templates by context

The engine adapts to each call’s goal

Before you start, pick the meeting type. The bot captures only the strategic data that matters in that context.

Sprint meetings: Planning, Daily, Review, Retro and Refinement.
Product: Kickoff, Release Planning, Scrum of Scrums and PI Planning.
Kanban cadences: Replenishment, Delivery, Service and Risk Review, among others.
With the client: Discovery, status, UAT, change requests and more.

02 · Collaborative editing

Your team corrects in real time, not the next day

The summary is generated instantly and visible to every participant in a shared interface. If the AI gets a technical term or a name wrong, anyone can fix it before hanging up.

Shared interface visible during the call.
Frictionless collaborative editing, no extra tools.
Team sign-off before the final minutes are saved.

FAQ

Everything you need to know.

Straight answers to the most common questions before you take the first step.

No. Taking Notes works as a virtual participant that joins your call. Just paste your meeting link and Noti connects, no extensions or extra software.

Taking Notes works with Google Meet, Zoom and Microsoft Teams. The bot joins the room automatically via calendar invite or by pasting the meeting link.

Unlike other services, the real-time summary is fully editable by any participant from the shared interface. You can fix any term before the minutes are sent to your project manager.

Your call. If you want the client to confirm agreements before wrapping up, share the view link. If you’d rather review first, keep access restricted to your organization.

When the call ends (or at the press of a button during the session), the structured summary becomes a Jira issue or task, a message in your company chat, or a direct Webhook push to your own internal systems.

Taking Notes doesn’t store audio or video recordings. Only the structured data the model generated during the session is processed and saved. All information is hosted on servers encrypted in transit and at rest, and you can request deletion anytime from your dashboard.
